This is a time to meet and greet.  We have the amazing outdoor patio reserved for everyone to

eat, drink and be merry!

A Build Your Own Taco bar is included:

Taco beef, shredded chicken, taco shells, flour tortillas, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream,

chips and salsa and green chile!

This is the Main Event!

Because this is a HUGE milestone - we decided to do it up right! We only get to celebrate a 50th reunion once, so let's go for it!

The more the merrier - and with at least 3 classes invited, the goal would be to get AT LEAST 200 of our classmates to show up!

We do need to get commitments, so we are hoping that there are a whole bunch of you that are as committed as your reunion committee is!!

5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Come around 5:00 p.m. to meet and greet, have a cocktail (if you want to) and get settled!

Dinner will be around 6:00 and will be amazing!

Roast Herb-Crusted Top Sirloin with whipped horseradish and au jus

Lemon herb roasted chicken leg/breast/thigh/wing

American salad with Ranch and Balsamic dressings

White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Seasonal Vegetables

Seasonal Fruit Salad

Dinner Rolls and butter

Dessert Bar

This eliminates the need to try and guess who will be drinking and who will not, how much, etc..

While we are eating dinner a photo booth will be set up!

You will be able to get both digital and prints of your fun moments

Photo Booth with props - 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

We will have a memory slide show going on during the evening, plus some Bluetooth speakers, so queue up your favorite playlists and we can take turns connecting music to the speakers!

There is also a dance floor - so the better the music, the better the dancing!!

We have a page HERE with the memorials that I currently have - I am missing some information on some people - please check my information and let me know if I have anything wrong and if you have any additions, please!

There will also be a memory table with two dressmakers' dummies- please feel free to bring any memorabilia you would like to share! We have a male letterman's jacket for one of the dummies but would also love a female one if you have one you would like to show off!!

We have both an indoor and an outdoor space available to use so you can wander as you please

Outdoors will be corn hole and giant Jenga!!

You can even bring your own outdoor games if you would like:

putt putt golf

pop up basketball

ring toss

giant four score

ladder toss

whatever you may like to share with others

THE COST FOR ALL OF THIS FOR BOTH NIGHTS

(which includes the taco bar at The Rock, the event space at Two Penguins, the photo booth, the balloon decorations, the outdoor games, the slide show, the dancing, the dinner and the dessert and the fun is ...

ONLY $109 per person if you sign up before and PAY before June 30th!

If we have not sold at least 100 tickets by June 30 WE WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL AS WE WILL LOSE OUR DEPOSITS IF WE DON'T CANCEL A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS BEFORE.

Please sign up and pay NOW - so that we can have a great 50th reunion!

We need to have our final numbers in by July 1st, so we will not be able to accept further reservations after that time. 

We need final payments by June 30th - however, in the event of emergencies or last minute changes, we have the following options.

There will be minimal space for walk-ins - so please don't procrastinate - Cost at the door at Two Penguins will be $139.00 to accommodate the last minutes changes to the number of attendees.

The cost at the door at The Rock will be $25.00

ANY POTENTIAL WALK INS DO NOT COUNT TOWARD THE NUMBER OF TICKETS WE NEED TO SELL TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN - WE NEED TO SELL A MINIMUM OF 100 TICKETS BY JUNE 30TH!!

 

Payments at the door will be cash or checks only to eliminate the need of a credit card processor.

We have opted to not add payment options to the webpage as we get charged a fee and we are doing our best to try and keep the price reasonable. Keep in mind that the cost of a ticket for the 20th reunion was $86 - so this is just barely above that 30 years later - not to mention that this is for TWO nights of fun!
